Responsibilities

As trainee, you will be supported by your Tutor to improve and learn all the technical aspects in Design field, along with instruments, procedures of a professional organization.

According to your University background and passion, you will have the opportunity to join one of the field of competences of the Design Departments: such as interior, exterior, CMF and HMI for the automotive sector, or product for our Industrial business unit.

In an international context, you will learn how to work in team and how to propose aesthetics solutions in accordance with the customer’s need.

As an IT Digitalization Specialist, you will contribute to customer-focused digitalization projects for Italdesign Giugiaro SpA, developing bespoke digital solutions tailored to customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing local support in Germany for in-person meetings, assisting stakeholders effectively.
• Maintaining ongoing engagement with customers and stakeholders through agile practices, fostering collaboration between German and Italian teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Managing and maintaining team documentation.

Italdesign is looking for enthusiastic new graduated engineers passionate about automotive willing to join an innovative and international business environment, working in agile way and enjoying the teamwork spirit.

You will gain a great experience learning all the instruments, procedures, and technical aspects with the support of colleagues of the Department.

According to your interests and educational background, you will develop skills within some different areas related to Electric and Electronic field:

• User Experience Research and Design;
• Software development;
• Infotainment / sound / switches Components and Functions;
• Connected Car.
