CareersHave you just graduated?

To start a brilliant career, it is essential to work in a specialist international environment, in an organisation where quality standards are high. This is why Italdesign is the perfect company for offering you a concrete opportunity to achieve your ambition.

In Italdesign we are looking for people just like you: new graduates who are full of energy, who want to test their talent and develop their skills.

Because in Italdesign we all love our jobs and are looking for others who, like us, want to share our same passion and create the best design products in the world.

This is why we demand a lot but also offer a lot in exchange: a cosmopolitan environment, highly qualified work teams, ambitious projects and the guidance of the best professionals.

Our promise is a project for the future.

How to join Italdesign

If you are determined and prepared, the entry path into the company is far simpler than you might think.

The first thing you have to do is introduce yourself: complete the form you will find below and attach your curriculum vitae.

If your profile is considered to fit the requisites we are looking for, you will be invited to an Assessment Center where you will meet other candidates like yourself. Individual and group tests will help you demonstrate your personal skills and qualities.

Later on you will meet your future supervisor for a personal technical interview.

The onboarding process

The first day at work is always an important moment: new places and colleagues, processes and methods to discover. This is why when you join Italdesign you will be welcomed by our HR team who will present the company to you and take you around the various departments. To make you autonomous, you will be assigned a tutor who will shadow you as you progress through the company.
