Simultaneous Engineering Team Leader

Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Simultaneous Engineering Team Leader who will be employed in the department IG/ER-2E.


Responsabilities:


  • Organize weekly SET-Meetings: identify relevant attendees, send invitations and Agenda, prepare LOPs and Minutes;
  • Arrange, steer and manage special meetings with AUDI Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Bill of Material (BOM), UAs, HT, Suppliers to solve those SET-related issues which could not be solved during the regular SET Meetings;
  • Attend the following meetings and providing all the necessary documents, where required:
  • SET-Meeting
  • the ÄKO-Runde (if any ÄKO is due to be discussed)
  • the Commitment- Meeting with parts Suppliers, if involved in the Project
  • Meetings with Plant Experts
  • Project Meeting with I/ER-x Leader
  • any possible other meeting (like FMK, Secondary surfaces, FMEA, Technical meetings, Simulations Meetings, Cubing, General Project Meeting, ...) on demand and as "Deputy" of EK-Dept. from Italdesign if necessary
  • Prepare ÄKO’s for technical modification or P-/B-/K-Releases with IDG BTV.
  • Collect the information from Plant Production experts and/or Suppliers in term of cost and timing.
  • Presentation of the ÄKO’s in SET-Meeting.
  • Support the Team-Leader from Italdesign to prepare technical-documentations for ÄKOs and special meetings/events.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the PEP, Project Milestones, AUDI Group Structure and Organization, AUDI Group Processes, Software (AVON, TEVON, KVS, TI-REX …) and Standards is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in Opening/Closing systems nor in exterior mechatronics systems engineering development, construction and Assembly
  • Responsibility of the activities to be performed while coordinating a SET, including the compliance with the planned Project milestones.
  • Ensure a proper information exchange among IDG team members and the whole AUDI Team.

Other Informations

  • Education: Engineering Degree or Equivalent
  • Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German (at least B2 level) and English are required. Italian knowledge is appreciated.
