Italdesign is looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful HR Project Management Specialist to join the Human Resources team, to deal with HR Governance & Compliance topics and directly reporting to CHRO in strategic and ad-hoc projects.


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the roll-out and implementation of compliance related requirements in our legal entities (Italy, Germany, Spain, China)
  • Managing internal policies and rules: monitoring and ensuring the drafting and implementation of internal HR procedures and processes
  • Supporting strategic projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different approaches and methods to achieve business objectives
  • Researching and analyzing requirements for public fundings and tenders in collaboration with affected stakeholders
  • Collaborating with managers and business partners to prepare (ad hoc) reports and presentations

Requirements

Key requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles or withing consulting companies
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Capability of collaborating with people cross-functional and at different levels of the organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Very good organizational skills: reliable and able to work independently when necessary as well as in team
  • Strong computer skills, in particular for data analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint in particular)
  • Team player with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills


Preferential requirements

  • Knowledge of Italian legislation is preferred
  • Previous experience interacting with public authorities for tenders

Other Informations

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
