Italdesign is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist, who will be employed in Accounts Payable Team, belonging to the Finance department of Italdesign.


Responsibilities

  • Suppliers invoices posting (IT, EU, Extra-EU);
  • Provide accurate accounts reconciliations relative to the AP function in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Supporting & being involved in monthly and annual closing activities;
  • Managing analytical accounting activities;
  • Managing communications with the other internal functions involved in purchasing cycle;
  • Managing communication with suppliers and any payment reminders;
  • Responsibility to reach the targets of the assigned field of development.

Requirements

Key requirements

  • Italian and foreign VAT rules knowledge;
  • Advanced notions of accounting (double entry, VAT and deduction, costs and deducibility, accruals and deferral);
  • 3 - 5 of years of experience in Accounts Payable field in structured Companies;
  • Good communication and problem solving skills;
  • Strong math and analytical mind;
  • Proactivity and accuracy;
  • Strong predisposition for teamwork;
  • Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability;
  • Office advanced knowledge, mainly Excel and Powerpoint;
  • ERP system knowledge;
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English.


Preferential requirements

  • Experience and/or interest in Accounting in automotive sector;
  • Oracle ERP Cloud applications knowledge.

Other Informations

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Finance field

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
