Responsibilities
- Project budget, time and quality management;
- Teams leading and organization;
- Coordination with customers and suppliers;
- Support the development of advanced infotainment features/functions;
- Escalation point from and to the customer;
- Interface with customers on project management;
- Coordination with other departments/teams;
- Generating technical and project reports and various presentation material to communicate issues, achievements, and technical information for project evaluations and information sharing across the organization.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Embedded Products, Infotainment, Connectivity or any other automotive related features;
- Knowledge and Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies;
- Know-how on requirements, functional specifications management;
- Knowledge of SW development process;
- Knowledge in the area test execution-management;
- Knowledge of vehicle development lifecycle;
- Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions;
- Ability of working under pressure;
- Target oriented attitude;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- High level of autonomy.
Preferential Requirements
- Previous experience with Jira and Confluence tools;
- Ability to define and communicate priorities;
- Knowledge in conflict management;
- Innovative thinking attitude;
- Time-management approach.
Other Informations
Education: Engineering, Business Management or equivalent Degree
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian and German would be appreciated
