Responsibilities
- Act as the Quality representative within new vehicle development teams;
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure that lessons learned and quality requirements are incorporated into component design and validation activities;
- Support supplier selection and assess supplier capability to meet product quality requirements;
- Work closely with Purchasing and Suppliers to develop and implement quality plans for new components. Steering suppliers to respect project milestones and quality requirements;
- Lead and coordinate APQP activities for components under your responsibility;
- Review and approve PPAP submissions and ensure readiness for production launch;
- Drive the development and review of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and other quality deliverables;
- Monitor quality performance during prototype, pre-production, and production phases.
- Identify quality risks, lead root cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions;
- Support production teams during industrialization and launch activities;
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and automotive industry regulations.
Requirements
Key requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Engineering within the automotive industry;
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements;
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferential requirements
- Knowledge of CatiaV5;
- Flexibility and change management;
- Good spirit of initiative and decision-making ability;
- Good organization and time management skills;
- Good ability to work in a team;
- Customer orientation, collaboration, control and monitoring.

Additional Information
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated.
Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to frequent business trips.
Compensation package
Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)
Italian National Metalworkers’ Collective Labour Agreement.
Base Salary (RAL)
The gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 33.000,00.
Final Compensation
The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above.
Variable Compensation
Eligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
