Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational management of company sites, including office areas, technical areas, and production spaces;
- Coordinate maintenance activities related to building systems (hard services) and general services (soft services), excluding HSE responsibilities;
- Collaborate with the Facilities team and dedicated external personnel, including supplier management;
- Participate in the planning and execution of construction projects, refurbishments, and space planning activities;
- Support tender processes and contract definition in cooperation with the Procurement function;
- Provide operational support for activities related to the ongoing Headquarters refurbishment project;
- Contribute to the implementation of processes, procedures, and operational standards within the area.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in facilities management, plant management, project management, or similar technical functions;
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes;
- Familiarity with relevant building and plant regulations;
- Experience in supplier management and coordination of operational activities;
- Preferable knowledge of sustainability protocols such as LEED;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service‑quality orientation.

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
