Developed by TK Home Solutions, part of TK Elevator, and designed in collaboration with Italdesign, H300 NXT reflects the growing convergence of residential design and home mobility. It redefines the concept of the home elevator, transforming it from a purely technical space into an integral part of the living environment.
Born from the combination of TK Elevator’s engineering expertise and Italdesign’s multidisciplinary, human-centered approach, the project aims to make residential vertical mobility more natural, welcoming, and aligned with the needs of everyday life.
First unveiled at the Global Elevator Exhibition in Milan and later honored with the 2026 Red Dot Product Design Award, H300 NXT transforms a space traditionally perceived as purely functional and detached from the language of the home into an environment designed to blend seamlessly with residential interiors.
The design challenge was clear: to transform a space constrained by technical and dimensional requirements into an inviting, customizable environment capable of integrating harmoniously into contemporary living spaces.
The project combines modularity, flexibility and a strong focus on comfort and user experience. Materials, colors, lighting, and detailing were carefully developed to enhance the perception of space and create a familiar, reassuring atmosphere.
One of H300 NXT’s defining features is its modular architecture. Thanks to standardized components and interchangeable elements, the cabin can adapt to a variety of configurations and interior styles, offering extensive customization possibilities.
The distinctive L-shaped panels introduce visual continuity and depth, helping to create a recognizable and contemporary identity. Different combinations of finishes and configurations allow the cabin to integrate seamlessly with the aesthetic language of the home.
The user interface has been designed to be simple and intuitive, with particular attention paid to ergonomics, readability, and ease of use.
The collaboration between TK Elevator and Italdesign demonstrates how design can create value even within highly regulated technical environments. H300 NXT translates functional requirements, industrial constraints and user needs into a coherent product that combines technical innovation with design excellence.
