“Emblema” follows the success of the “E91”, designed by Giugiaro Design as a reworking of a model that played an epic role in Faema’s industrial history, the “E61”. Good Design Award 2010.

The formal traits are developed with consistency and applied to all four sides. The result is dynamic design, aeronautically modulated shape and special visual effects achieved by diffuse lighting and the workings of the alphanumeric display.

This model is designed in accordance with a modular criterion. In the version for the US market, the upper area can be disassembled to allow dispensers to be applied in a higher position. This means that mugs and cups of different shapes and sizes can be used.

The colouring and intensity of the diffuse lighting can also be customised by the user. The same applies to the elliptical banner located above the keypad, which can communicate service, promotional or advertising messages.

Winner of the Good Design Award 2010, “Kitchen/Appliances” category.
