Italdesign among the Ambassadors of Made in Italy
at the Italy Pavilion – EXPO 2025 Osaka

Italdesign will be among the key players at Expo 2025 Osaka. From August 18 to 21, 2025, the Auditorium of the Italy Pavilion will host Italdesign’s immersive space: four modular boxes will showcase the company’s vision of the future through iconic products, multimedia content, and visual storytelling. The installation will also celebrate the encounter with Japanese culture, aligning with the official theme of the event: “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.”
Together with the Turin-based startup Avathor, Italdesign will present its vision for inclusive future mobility with Avathor One, an electric vehicle classified as a Class 1 medical device, designed for the mobility of people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility, both on roads and in indoor spaces, for private or shared use. With Avathor One, mobility becomes an intuitive, safe, connected, and inclusive experience.
Italdesign’s exhibition concept continues by exploring the interconnection between various aspects of daily life through projects ranging from transportation to product design, creating a global, interconnected ecosystem where technology and design enhance the quality of our lives.
