Italdesign has kicked off the second phase of its Domus project, continuing the transformation of its Moncalieri headquarters. Following the completion of Building C, work now moves to the second building, with a focus on energy efficiency and modern, flexible workspaces aligned with new work models.
Domus is a strategic initiative that combines sustainability, identity, and innovation, with concrete solutions to reduce environmental impacts and initiate a decarbonization journey. It is more than a renovation; it’s a cultural and organizational transformation. “We’ve aimed to create a living, dynamic, adaptive and inclusive corporate biosystem, regenerated through a sustainable and people-centered approach.” said CEO Antonio Casu.
In addition to the renovation of the office buildings, Italdesign is conducting surveys, modeling, and analyses of the workshops in Moncalieri, Vadò, and Nichelino, with the goal of gradually and systematically planning further improvements to the already high safety standards across all production sites.
The project is a cornerstone of Italdesign’s ESG strategy and features prominently in the company’s first Sustainability Report as a concrete example of ESG investment.
