Responsibilities
- International Supplier Scouting;
- Supplier relationship management;
- Tender and order management (technical specification from business unit collection, request for quotation submission, quotation harmonization and collection, negotiation, supplier nomination, order issue);
- Taking care of the results (KPI) achieving;
- Interfacing and working together with different speakers during the project meetings, consolidating relations and contributing to the integration into the Company and into the Group.
Requirements
Key requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing engineering services in automotive field;
- Knowledge of main purchasing technicality (purchase marketing, tender planning, risk management, economics data analysis, negotiation);
- Knowledge of main principle of contracts;
- Capability on make or buy analysis and on cost breakdown analysis;
- Capability on data analysis, reporting and presentation;
- Capability to interface and to cooperate with other organizational units and/or at different levels (both internal and suppliers / customers);
- Sense of integrity and responsibility;
- Take on responsibility, being able to share achievements with the team;
- Show initiative and work in a structured way.

- Able to work indipendently;
- Able to develop activities in compliance with BU needs, timing and quality content, collecting specifications and requesting quotations from the supply chain.

Education: Economic or Engineering background education.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
