Our commitment as HR, together with all the company\u2019s functions, is <strong>a path of endless evolution towards the<\/strong> <strong>offer of ever better working conditions and quality and towards the constant acquisition of new top talents to value, motivate, grow and integrate into passionate teams of professionals<\/strong>. <strong>We ended 2022 with 131 new colleagues<\/strong>, breaking a record in our 55 years of work. This means <strong>131 talents did choose us to build their professional future in these challenging years and to walk with us their growth path<\/strong>. <strong>Smart-working, benefits, corporate culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainability and compliance are the key topics we particularly focus on<\/strong>.
