The bycicle for the youngsters of the electronic age<\/p>\n

“For the youngsters of the electronic age” Giugiaro Design was asked by the Japanese company Bridgestone, to design the Montecarlo <\/em>and Montecarlo Giugiaro <\/em>(1984, 1985) bikes, each characterized by its lighting system. <\/p>\n

With the “Barcon Faro” system, the rider has centralized control<\/strong> of the headlight, passing\/hazard, winker and fog lamps through a single switch on the handlebars. And, a stop light comes on at the tail when the brakes are operated. <\/p>\n

The 1984-85 model is fitted with an integral carrier and lamp unit at the rear, the details of which give it a very “new material look”. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
