A stylish, prestigious four-seater hatchback coup\u00e9 with formal references to the design of the 1960s.<\/p>\n

The appearance was decidedly sporting<\/b>: a stylish<\/b>, prestigious four-seater hatchback coup\u00e9 <\/b>with formal references to the design<\/b> of the 1960s: a long bonnet<\/b> with pronounced wings<\/b> and a sloping rear<\/b> end<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The window glazing <\/b>continued after the door<\/b> opening<\/b> as far as the roll bar <\/b>to offer maximum interior visibility<\/b>. The two-stage system <\/b>of access<\/b> to the passenger compartment <\/b>involved a door opening <\/b>manoeuvre that triggered the raising of the window<\/b> and the transparent half-roof <\/b>in a wing-like movement.<\/p>\n

A cross-section<\/b> through the two raised tops describes an \u201cM\u201d, exactly like a gull in flight. Once the two window-roof elements are removed, the Bucrane<\/b> converts to an open-topped car <\/b>with excellent structural stiffening <\/b>of the chassis<\/b>, windscreen<\/b> and roll-bar<\/b>. The body<\/b> is part carbon fibre <\/b>and part special steel<\/b>. 6 cylinder engine <\/b>in front longitudinal position.<\/p>\n

The engine<\/b> is a 3200 cc 240 hp V6<\/b>, front wheel drive <\/b>with four-speed automatic transmission<\/b>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
