Torch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The design of the Olympic Torch for the Torino 2007 XXIII Winter Universiade, assigned to Giugiaro Design by the FISU.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>Torch<\/b>, very <b>light<\/b> and <b>easy<\/b> to handle, features a <b>slender<\/b>, <b>carbon-fibre shaft <\/b>with a movement that flows out of the section of the base for improved <b>grip<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>At the top, a curved wrap-around <b>aluminium<\/b> element, like the hilt of a sword, extends beyond the burner, with a <b>dynamic effect<\/b>, protecting the <b>flame<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>logo<\/b> stands out on the front of the <b>torch<\/b> to point out the values of <b>University sport<\/b>: <b>utopia<\/b>,<b> joy<\/b>,<b> passion<\/b>,<b> courage<\/b> in facing up to <b>challenges<\/b> but also <b>commitment<\/b>, <b>knowledge<\/b>, <b>technical<\/b> and <b>technological expertise<\/b>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The design of the Olympic Torch for the Torino 2007
