Information and consent pursuant to articles 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 and Italian law on the protection of personal data<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

According to art. 13 of the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter also GDPR), Italdesign-Giugiaro S.p.A., as Data Controller pursuant to art. 24 of the GDPR, provides the following information:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A) Data Controller and Data Protection Officer<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Data Controller is Italdesign-Giugiaro S.p.A., with registered office in Turin, via San Quintino 28, and operational headquarters in Moncalieri (TO), via Achille Grandi 25, which can be contacted by writing to privacy@www.italdesign.it<\/a> or sending a registered letter to the attention of the Head of Legal & Governance c\/o Italdesign \u2013 Giugiaro S.p.A., via Achille Grandi 25, Moncalieri (TO).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted by sending an e-mail to dpo@www.italdesign.it<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

B) Scope and purpose of the data processing<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Data Controller processes common data (name, surname) and contact details (e-mail address) collected directly from you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

These data will be used for the purpose of sending you commercial information by means of a newsletter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

C) Processing methods<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Personal data is processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and, in all cases, in compliance with all of the principles set forth in art. 5 of the GDPR.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in point B and, in particular, your data will not be processed for longer than 2 years following its collection, in the event of failure to renew consent.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

D) Legal basis for the data processing<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The provision of your personal data for the purposes set out in point B is optional and is subject to the prior and specific expression of consent on your part, which may be revoked at any time. Failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in point B will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send you commercial information by means of newsletter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

E) Subjects and categories of subjects with whom the data may be shared<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In addition to the personnel of Italdesign-Giugiaro S.p.A. who are authorized to perform the company\u2019s administrative and IT management operations, and in compliance with the purposes listed above, the aforesaid data may be shared with the subjects listed below:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
