Approximately 500 bodies in white and more than 200 working prototypes are created at this stage each year. These range from open-topped sports cars to light commercial vehicles and cars from segments B and D.
 
Various prototyping stages are required according to the complexity of the design. We at Italdesign Giugiaro have always used the most effective combination of human capabilities and high-technology to provide a prototype for the validation stage within the shortest possible space of time.
