The prototyping division workshop covers an area of more than 25,000 m² and is able to build approximately 500 unfinished bodies and more than 200 working vehicles in one year.
The Prototyping department deploys the best available technologies:
16 numerically-controlled milling machines
12 presses and 4 robots for the production of body parts
15 measuring and scanning systems for quality control
36 welding stations with 72 guns and 15 MIG/MAG CO2 stations for the production of 25 identical unfinished bodies per week
special equipment for final assembly that guarantee the production of more than 15 working prototypes per week
