Italdesign Giugiaro partner of Teatro Regio
Wednesday, November 10, Giacomo Puccini's Madama Butterfly will debut at Teatro Regio in Turin, Italy, with a new staging signed by young director Damiano Micheletto.
The opera, on stage until November 26, is realized thanks to Italdesign Giugiaro support, as new Fondazione Teatro Regio partner.
Italian national television RaiTre will air Madama Butterfly on November 16.
Besides supporting the production, Italdesign Giugiaro is actively involved into Madama Butterfly's mise-en-scène: its 1998 concept car Structura is used as a prop in Damiano Micheletto's contemporary staging.
